  • Transporation and Parking Services
  • Building Maintenance - Repair and restoration of walls, floors, ceilings and doors (contact your specific Building Manager)
  • Building Systems Maintenance - Repair, adjustment and preventive maintenance of plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, and elevators
  • Custodial - Daily cleaning of buildings, recycling and trash disposal - Ricardo Arias (209) 228-2975
  • Central Plant - Operate the Energy Systems Facility, producing electricity and chilled water - Victor Zaragoza (209) 228-7927 or Scott Walling (209) 228-7926
  • Minor Alterations and Repairs - Estimate, schedule and perform alteration and repair projects (Contact appropriate Building Manager)
  • Major Emergency Response - Assess damage; repair and restore critical utilities such as: electricity, water; heating; ventilation and air conditioning - Central Plant Operator: (209) 228-4218
